Role & responsibilities
Configure, manage, and optimize Adobe Workfront for project and work management
Design and implement workflows, automation, and integrations using Workfront Fusion / Adobe Fusion
Set up and manage request queues, intake processes, and approval workflows
Create and maintain project templates, issue templates, and custom forms
Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing, brand, and creative teams to streamline operations
Identify process gaps and drive workflow improvements and automation
Ensure data accuracy, system governance, and user access management
Integrate Workfront with other tools within the Adobe ecosystem (AEM, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Workfront Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Workfront and Adobe Fusion to independently design, configure, and optimize project-based and issue-based workflows. The ideal candidate should have experience managing templates, request queues, custom forms, routing rules, dashboards, reports, and workflow automation while collaborating with Brand and Marketing teams to deliver scalable solutions and improve operational efficiency. Experience with the broader Adobe ecosystem such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Workfront certifications will be an added advantage.
Design, configure, and maintain project-based and issue-based workflows in Adobe Workfront
Create and manage templates, request queues, routing rules, custom forms, dashboards, and reports
Build and maintain automation workflows and integrations using Adobe Fusion
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workfront solutions
Partner with Brand, Marketing, and Creative teams to improve workflow efficiency and visibility
Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and optimize operational processes
Troubleshoot workflow issues and ensure smooth platform performance and usability
Ensure Workfront configurations follow governance standards and best practices
Support end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of Workfront processes
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide functional guidance on Workfront capabilities
