BT ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to lead ITSM implementations and enhance our ITOM and CMDB capabilities in an on-site environment.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Certification: ITIL v3 Foundation Certified.
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM and software suite development.
• Technical: Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, C++, and REST/SOAP integrations.

• Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions and infrastructure.
• CMDB/ITOM: Support and enhance ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM-aligned data modeling.
• Consulting: Gather client requirements, conduct gap analysis, and provide leadership on ITSM best practices.
• Support: Troubleshoot discovery issues and provide ongoing maintenance for production applications.
