BT ServiceNow Project manager

we are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead complex platform migrations, upgrades, and transformation programs. You will join a global team dedicated to leveraging technology to solve critical business challenges in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 6+ years in IT or ServiceNow project management with a focus on migrations.
• Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certifications are preferred.

• Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow initiatives, including migrations, upgrades, and module rollouts.
• Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
• Governance: Establish project governance, manage risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining scope and budget.
• Reporting: Provide executive-level status updates, dashboards, and reporting to key stakeholders.
