Business Development Executive (BDE)

XopunTech is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive international lead generation and support our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, conducting outbound outreach, and qualifying B2B opportunities in global markets.

• 0-1 year of experience in International B2B Lead Generation or Inside Sales.

• Proven track record in leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools.

• Strong research, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage international time zones.

• Generate and qualify B2B leads via LinkedIn, email, and web research.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain prospect databases and update CRM systems accurately.
• Analyze performance metrics to meet monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
