We’re looking for a Backend Engineer with strong Go (Golang) experience to build scalable backend services and distributed systems. You’ll work on workflow engines, APIs, data pipelines, and real-time communication using WebSockets.
The role involves handling concurrency, system design, performance optimization, and implementing reliable systems with retry mechanisms and observability (logs, metrics, tracing).
3–5 years backend experience
Strong Go expertise
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, PostgreSQL/NoSQL
Good understanding of concurrency, scalability, and system design
Nice to have: Kafka, AWS/GCP, production debugging experience.
3–5 years of experience in backend development
Strong hands-on experience in Go (Golang)
Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL or NoSQL)
Good understanding of concurrency / parallel processing
Basic knowledge of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
Experience with Kafka or event-driven systems
