Job Description

We are seeking an experienced L2/L3 Administrator to manage and support enterprise-scale Windows, Active Directory, Virtualization, and Microsoft 365 environments across on-premise and cloud infrastructures.

Requirements

  • Education: BE/BTech/BCA/BSc IT/MCA.
  • Experience: 8-10 years in enterprise infrastructure.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of Active Directory, M365, Windows Server, and Virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

  • M365 & Identity: Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, ADFS, and hybrid connectivity.
  • Infrastructure: Provide L2/L3 support for Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, and Failover Clusters.
  • Virtualization: Administer VMware/Hyper-V environments, VM provisioning, and performance tuning.
  • Automation: Develop PowerShell scripts to streamline patching, security compliance, and operational tasks.
