Lead Android System SDET

Join SISC, a Global Capability Centre for lead testing strategies and automation for customized AOSP-based handheld devices. You will ensure platform stability, compliance, and performance for cutting-edge Sony products.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of experience in Android system testing and AOSP internals.
• Deep expertise in CTS/VTS/GTS compliance and triage.
• Strong proficiency in Java, C++, or Python for middleware testing.

• Define and own the end-to-end test strategy for customized Android platform layers.
• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for device-level and integration testing.
• Analyze and resolve CTS failures in collaboration with firmware and system development teams.
• Mentor a team of QA engineers and drive quality metrics for release readiness.
