O9 Support Engineer

Join our team as an O9 Support Engineer, providing BAU support for Sony's Allion SCM Integrated Planning project. You will manage production tickets, investigate system issues, and collaborate with the global O9 team to deliver robust supply chain solutions.

• Experience: 1-3 years in Supply Chain Management or Analytics.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, IBPL, R-Script, and JavaScript.
• Domain Knowledge: Exposure to O9 Supply Planning solutions and supply chain network models.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Ticket Management: Investigate, resolve, and document user queries via ITSM tools.
• Collaboration: Partner with the O9 platform team for production fixes and UAT.
• Support: Provide timely updates to stakeholders and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Flexibility: Ability to work in rotating shifts (Japan/India standard time).
