ProofPoint & Abnormal AI tool Administrator

We are seeking a technical expert to manage and optimize our enterprise email security infrastructure, specifically leveraging ProofPoint and Abnormal AI to defend against advanced threats.

• Experience: 2-4 years in Email Security administration.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with ProofPoint, Abnormal AI, and Microsoft 365 Exchange Online.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and secure email architecture.
• Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.

• Administration: Manage configuration, lifecycle, and optimization of ProofPoint and Abnormal AI platforms.
• Incident Response: Lead investigations into phishing, BEC, malware, and account takeover attacks.
• Policy Tuning: Continuously refine security policies to improve threat detection and reduce false positives.
• Collaboration: Work with SOC and infrastructure teams to strengthen organizational security posture.
