SAP FICO Lead Consultant (SAP ECC + SAP CPI Integration)

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to serve as a functional bridge between Finance stakeholders and SAP CPI integration teams. You will ensure accurate financial processing and seamless integration across complex enterprise landscapes.

• 8-12+ years of SAP ECC Finance experience with 3-5 years in interface-heavy environments.
• Minimum 2-3 full-life cycle implementation experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or MBA Finance/CA.
• Strong understanding of APIs, IDocs, ALE, RFC, and SAP CPI integration flows.

• Lead design discussions for FICO integration requirements and define field mappings.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP/CPI teams on interface development.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live hyper-care activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform financial reconciliation/impact analysis.
