Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to lead complex implementations and manage enterprise-scale ITOM and ITSM ecosystems.

Requirements

8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Deep expertise in ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
ITIL Foundation certification required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM implementations.
Design, configure, and maintain CMDB, Service Mapping, and MID Servers.
Troubleshoot data-quality issues and system performance.
Provide technical guidance on CSDM best practices.
