We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional with hands-on experience in Financial Services Operations (FSO) for Banking. The ideal candidate will design, configure, and implement FSO Banking solutions to streamline operational workflows and enhance customer service within financial institutions.
✅ 6–8 years of overall ServiceNow experience
✅ Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow ITOM experience
✅ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSO Banking modules, including:
Customer Service
Case Management
Loan Operations
Account Operations
✅ Strong technical expertise in:
JavaScript
Glide APIs
Business Rules
Workflows
ServiceNow Integrations
✅ Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
✅ Good understanding of:
Banking operations and processes
Financial services regulations and compliance requirements
✅ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
🏆 ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
🏆 Financial Services Operations (FSO Banking Accreditation)
🎓 Minimum 15 years of full-time education
Key Responsibilities:
· Configure and implement ServiceNow FSO Banking modules (Customer Service, Case Management, Loan/Account Operations)
· Customize workflows, business rules, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
· Ensure platform scalability, performance, and compliance with banking standards
· Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and documentation
