Talent Acquisition / HR Executive

We're looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Talent Acquisition / HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join Xopuntech India Pvt. Ltd. and play a key role in building exceptional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT) or MCA/M.Tech (CSE/IT) and MBA in HR.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles.
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
